Ron Finlay

Ron is a lawyer in his own firm of R.A. Finlay, Lawyer, and chief executive of Finlay Consulting with over 35 years experience in property, construction, development and infrastructure projects including as project manager or facilitator of major infrastructure projects in Australia and overseas for both public and private sector organisations (such as the Basslink Project).

Ron is and has been for four years director and chair of the New South Wales Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation which has over $10 billion of transport projects under management and an independent director for five years of the listed DUET infrastructure owner. He also acts as an independent Chairman on a number of Government and private sector Project Control Groups and Dispute Resolution Boards for major projects.

Ron has also served on various public and private sector boards including the Darling Harbour Authority and the Central Sydney Planning Committee.
